Lessons Learned in Medical Crises

January 22, 2007

Al Mohler is the president of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.  He had a medical crisis in the last month.  Perhaps several of you prayed for him.   He blogged today about it.   There are some things that no amount of study will teach you.  Only suffering will suffice.   I was especially moved by his thoughts about his wife in his moments of weakness.  Read the whole thing here.

I also cannot recommend highly enough this message by Joni Eareckson Tada that I have listened to once and Katie has listened to three times in the past month.
